This was just an optimal selection for a passing visit in Hanoi with fantastic value for money. The furniture in the room was nice, which made it comfortable. Avoid the rooms near the road if you're sensitive to noise.

I was appalled by the way the staff handled our checkout. It created an extremely uncomfortable situation as we were trying to gather our things. Further, I felt rushed out without consideration. it was highly disruptive.
